Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts has committed $10,000 to support Lee County’s District 1 Commissioner & Chairman, Kevin Ruane, in his efforts to raise $95,000 to educate our community and persuade the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to design a framework for the Lake Okeechobee System Operating Manual (LOSOM) that will balance the system and distribute the water more equitably throughout the state.
